Our Design Journey & Corporate Ethos
Founded by second-generation builder Mr. Jesment Lim, MYD Interior Studio (MYD - Pleasant Home Design Pte Ltd) combines hands-on engineering acumen with bespoke in-house carpentry fabrication.
Maison of Your Designers & 每一代
The name MYD carries a profound dual significance. In English, it stands for Maison of Your Designers—a collective home of specialized interior architects, spatial planners, and craftsmen. Phonetically in Chinese, it mirrors 每一代 (Měi Yī Dài), signifying Every Generation.
This underscores our firm conviction that a renovated home should not just follow transient interior trends, but must be built with structural integrity and enduring materials that gracefully support families across generations.
Furthermore, the golden eagle emblazoned on our corporate crest represents 金鹰 (Jīn Yīng), phonetically echoing 精英 (Jīngyīng — elite). It symbolises the elite standard of craftsmanship, honesty, and client satisfaction we bring to every Singapore home.
